The national Women’s 3*3 Basketball team (Gazelles) was on Tuesday flagged off for the FIBA 3*3 World Cup Qualifier due in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The team was officially seen off at NCS Lugogo before flying out hours later for championship due May 4-5.

The players include; foreign-based Claire Lamunu, Sarah Ageno (UCU Lady Canons), Jamila Nansikombi and Ritah Immanishimwe (JKL Lady Dolphins). Natuhereza believes that the quartet is the best players to deliver the nation to the world cup.
